1. This offer is exclusively for

A) Mastercard World Elite™, World, Platinum, and Gold cards issued by a financial institution in Nigeria or Kenya.

B) Mastercard World Elite™, World, Platinum, Gold and Standard cards by a financial institution in Ghana, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Tanzania or Uganda.

2. The offer enables eligible Mastercard cardholders (refer to Point 1) take advantage of an exclusive dining offer when paying with their eligible Mastercard.

Dining offers vary amongst participating venues and may include: a percentage off your food bill, a free starter or dessert, two for one main courses, two for one starter or dessert, one free drink or bottle of wine.

3. To participate in the Promotion, the eligible cardholder is required

A) mention the offer at the time of booking (if an advanced booking is required), at the time of placing an order and when settling the bill in the participating restaurants in Ghana, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Tanzania and Uganda

B) pay full amount with their eligible Mastercard for the discount to be taken automatically off their card payment in participating restaurants in Nigeria and Kenya.

4. Full payment must be made with a valid Mastercard card issued by a financial institution in Kenya, Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Ivory Coast, Tanzania and Uganda.

5. The offer is redeemable at all participating restaurants during normal opening hours and may be subject to restrictions. Booking not necessary for all venues but may be required. Please ensure, you mention the Mastercard dining program when booking.

6. Participating restaurants, including their specific offers and booking requirements can be found on www.dining-program.com/mastercard. Participating restaurants may change or amend their offer during the Promotion.

7. Participating restaurants may operate their own booking restrictions. Please check these directly with your chosen venue.

8. Availability cannot be guaranteed and is subject to table availability and opening times at your chosen venue. Mastercard or inspire take no responsibility for availability. No compensation and / or cash compensation can be made. If there is no booking availability for your chosen date or time, please make an alternative booking.

9. You may make use of this dining offer an unlimited number of times at any of the participating restaurants during the promotion period.

10.  Any additional courses, dishes ordered, over and above the promotional offer will be charged at the venues’ standard menu prices. The offer excludes cover charge(s), extra courses, drinks, coffee or service, and venues are entitled to add an additional service charge to the final bill. Split bills are not permitted.

11. The offers carry no cash value and no cash alternative to the offer is possible.

12. Mastercard and inspire accept no responsibility for your enjoyment, the suitability of the venue concerned or any loss, damage or injury you suffer at any participating venue. All such issues are the responsibility of the venue concerned. Any issue or dispute relating to your dining experience (other than the validity of the offer) should be referred to and settled directly with the venue concerned.

13. Mastercard and inspire do not accept liability for changes to or failures of venues and reserve the right to use other venues as an alternative. In the event of war, earthquake, disaster or similar acts of god, or otherwise where there are circumstances wholly outside the reasonable control of Mastercard and inspire and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, Mastercard and inspire reserve the right to withdraw this promotion without notice and without offering compensation.

14. This offer is brought to you by Mastercard and facilitated by inspire. Should you choose this offer, the business transaction is conducted directly between you and your chosen venue.
